This Privacy Policy covers Take 5 Solutions’ treatment of personally identifiable information that is collected when the subscribers agree to receive e-mail advertising messages from Take 5 Solutions or one of our advertisers. The postal confirmation acts as a verification tool, making sure that the consumers are truthfully matched to their most current postal address and that the phone number given during the initial opt-in is an accurate one.

Opt-out Methodology:
You may unsubscribe from any of our e-mail marketing programs at any time. Each email communication sent from Take 5 Solutions contains at least 2 opt-out vehicles, identified as hyperlinks or physical addresses of the advertisers or list owner. Additionally, Take 5 advertising partner may insert an opt-out hyperlink as well. Therefore, not only is opting out seamless and quick, it is also in compliance with the CAN SPAM Act of 2003.
